Rafaële joined the Corporate department of in 2014. She formerly worked as paralegal (2000-2002) and corporate jurist (2002-2014) in several law firms.
Rafaële works primarily on corporate operations (company’s incorporation, approval of the annual accounts, share capital operations, mergers, etc.) as well as on the follow-up of the corporate house-keeping (legal records keeping, legal fillings, updating records and corporate documentation). She also assists the lawyers of CMS Francis Lefebvre in connection with the restructuring operations.
