Stéphanie Riou-Bernard has been a lawyer in the CMS Francis Lefebvre Direct Taxation Department since 2009.

She has experience and significant expertise in the fields of audit and tax litigation. She assists her clients in their discussions with tax authorities and represents them before the competent courts.

She also provides tax advisory services to her clients, notably in the areas of corporate taxation (advising and assisting companies and groups of all sizes and in various sectors [industry, commercial, services, insurance, banking, etc.]), taxation for non-profit organisations (advising charities, professional and public bodies, etc.), asset taxation (advising business leaders, family groups and individuals with all tax-related issues and in particular those related to ownership, transmission and disposal of companies and holdings) and investment aid schemes in overseas territories.
