Thierry Romand joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1995 and became a partner in 2006. 

He pratices in employment, labour and pensions law, with a particular focus on managing labour relations, employee shareholding schemes, retirement and benefit plans, the organisation of working hours, corporate reorganisation, national and international restructuring operations, employment protection plans, individual and collective litigation proceedings (workplace relations), social security audits and litigation, the status of senior executives, and management of international mobility.
