She works on employment law and on collective work relations, in particular, matters related to : workink time schemes, managing employee representative organizations, workplace elections, restructuring, dismissal procedures, mass redundancy procedures, the preparation of collective bargaining agreements, variable compensation policies, employee savings plans, audits, etc.
She also works on individual relations including drafting employment contracts, managing workplace health issues, harassment and discrimination, implementation of disciplinary sanctions and dismissal procedures, breach of contract and negotiation and preparation of settlement agreements
