If you accept an offer from us, our talent acquisition team will guide you through all the offer documentation required. You’ll be asked to complete an online health survey and pre-employment screening checks which will include, but not limited to, employment referencing, qualification checks, credit and a criminal checks whereby an application for a DBS certification will be submitted. The talent acquisition team will be on hand to answer any questions you have throughout the onboarding process so that you feel confident and prepared when you start. You’ll also be assigned a buddy who can offer you support and answer any of your team-specific questions both before and after you join us.
Every new joiner has a welcome introduction from our managers, our Human Resources team and their peers, as well as receiving a tailored training plan and getting access to our online training platforms and knowledge hubs.
