He has experience working on high value corporate disputes, including domestic and cross-border litigation, international arbitration, mediation and other dispute resolution methods, with particular experience in the automotive, technology and gaming sectors.

  • A Commercial Court dispute regarding the restoration and sale of luxury heritage vehicles.
  • A multi-million pound LCIA arbitration involving a world leading automotive brand relating to distribution rights in the Middle East and North Africa.
  • A joint venture dispute regarding a significant heritage vehicle manufacturer.
  • A shareholder dispute in relation to a joint venture involving a multi-million pound Real Estate project in London.
  • A class action dispute involving a major vehicle manufacturer.
  • A multi-jurisdictional ICC Arbitration concerning an inter-connect agreement between two international telecommunications service providers, one based in China and the other based in Italy.
