CMS has advised longstanding client Atenor on the sale of BakerStreet I, a fully leased ESG-certified office and retail building in Budapest’s Újbuda district, to an international investor. The transaction marks one of Hungary’s largest property transactions in 2025 to date.
BakerStreet comprises approximately 16,666 square meters of office space and 2,013 square meters of retail area. It is fully leased to E.ON Hungária under an eight-year agreement that commenced on June 1, 2024.
