As a renowned developer, manufacturer, and global distributor of specialised diagnostic instruments, Werfen supplies hospitals and clinical laboratories worldwide with advanced diagnostic tools, reagents, automation work cells, and data management solutions.
The CMS team supported Werfen throughout the transaction, delivering due diligence, conducting a Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) analysis and filing, and guiding the client from signing the share sale and purchase agreement to the transaction’s close.
