Ádám is a senior associate in the Finance Group at CMS Budapest.

He received his degree from the Pázmány Péter Catholic University’s Faculty of Law in 2014, then he received his LL.M degree in 2016 in Budapest, which included an executive LL.M summer session at the Boston University School of Law. Ádám completed a MsC in management & leadership, with business advisory specialisation, at Metropolitan University in 2025.

Ádám has been a member of the Budapest Bar Association as a qualified attorney-at-law since October 2018.

Ádám spent 14 months with Wizz Air on a secondment, where he was responsible for Aircraft financing as well as other fleet-management related matters in the Wizz Air group. He also spent a year at Deutsche Bank London Branch on secondment, dealing with trade finance and cash management matters.

In addition, Ádám has experience in property, project and corporate financing transactions, syndicated loan matters, structuring and cross-border licencing of investment funds, and anti-money laundering matters. He has also participated in the cross-border acquisition of commercial banks by OTP Bank, as well as several domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions of mid-size and large corporations during the 18 months he spent in the corporate and M&A group at CMS Budapest.

  • A major Hungarian commercial bank on financing for Hungarian residency bonds.
  • A technology investment firm on the planned acquisition of defence technology entities.
  • OTP Bank Hungary on the acquisition of commercial banks in Albania, Moldova and Montenegro.
  • A major Hungarian commercial bank on the assignment of a HUF 3.8bn loan portfolio.
  • A major international fund on the establishment and structuring of a real estate fund.
