Ádám is an associate of the Corporate Group at CMS Budapest.
He received his degree from the Pázmány Péter Catholic University’s Faculty of Law in 2014, then took part in the executive LL.M summer session of the Boston University School of Law. He then received his LL.M degree in 2016 in Budapest, and currently doing another LL.M in corporate finance, investments and capital markets.
Ádám is a member of the Budapest Bar Association as a qualified attorney-at-law since October 2018.
Ádám has experience in property, project and corporate financing transactions, syndicated loan matters, structuring and cross-border licencing of investment funds, and anti-money laundering matters. He has also participated in the cross-border acquisition of commercial banks by OTP Bank, as well as several domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions of mid-size and large corporations.
