Ádám is a senior associate of the Finance Group at CMS Budapest.
He received his degree from the Pázmány Péter Catholic University’s Faculty of Law in 2014, then he received his LL.M degree in 2016 in Budapest, which training included an executive LL.M summer session of the Boston University School of Law. In January 2025, he has completed a MSc in management & leadership as well.
Ádám is a member of the Budapest Bar Association as a qualified attorney-at-law since October 2018.
Ádám has spent a year with the trade finance / cash management team of the London Branch of a global commercial bank, after spending 14 months with Wizz Air on a secondment, dealing with asset (aircraft) financing and other fleet-management related matters within the Wizz Air group (leasing, novation, wet-leasing).
In addition to the above, Ádám has experience in property, project and corporate financing transactions, syndicated loan matters, structuring and cross-border licencing of investment funds, and anti-money laundering matters. He has also participated in the cross-border acquisition of commercial banks by OTP Bank, as well as several domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions of mid-size and large corporations during his 18 months spent with the corporate and M&A group of CMS Budapest.
