Ágnes is a senior associate in the Commercial team at CMS Budapest.

Ágnes has considerable experience in providing legal support to pharmaceutical and medical devices companies and in coordinating in-house legal assignments. Ágnes has been on secondment and provided legal advice on various areas of law to several major pharmaceutical and medical device clients of CMS Budapest.

Her knowledge and experience also cover commercial law, including general commercial agreements and various commercial and healthcare regulatory issues.

She has considerable experience in employment law, in particular in drafting employment-related contracts as well as advising on employment law regulations and the employment aspects of restructuring clients.
