Ágnes is a senior associate in the Commercial team at CMS Budapest. 

Ágnes has considerable experience in providing legal support to pharmaceutical and medical devices companies and in coordinating in-house legal assignments. Ágnes has been on secondment and provided legal advice on various areas of law to several major pharmaceutical and medical device clients of CMS Budapest. 

Her knowledge and experience also cover commercial law, including general commercial agreements and various commercial and healthcare regulatory issues.

She has considerable experience in employment law particularly in drafting employment-related contracts as well as advising on employment law regulations and the employment aspects of restructuring clients.

  • A US based medical technology company on the client's operations, including on general commercial issues (including wholesale distribution and consignment agreements), ethical issues and pharmaceutical legislation. 
  • A US based pharmaceutical company on the promotion of medicinal products, the registration of the sales representatives and patient educational programmes.
  • One of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies on the sale of its consumer healthcare business.

Relevant experience in employment

  • A major solutions provider on various employment law matters, including employment contracts and collective agreements.
  • An international hotel chain on labour regulations, contracting and terminating employment, and various general commercial law issues. 
  • An American medical technology company on the establishment and termination of employment relationships, disciplinary proceedings as well as supporting working-time scheduling arrangements.
