Anna Zsófia Horváth is an associate in the Commercial and TMT departments at CMS Budapest, mainly focusing on data protection, IP/IT and technology matters. Anna is experienced at guiding clients through understanding and implementing the rapidly evolving regulations relevant to complex organisations.

Anna also regularly advises clients on the use of innovative technologies and how to negotiate commercial agreements.

Before joining CMS, Anna worked at the European Data Protection Supervision Authority, where she was involved in drafting briefings about current policy-making processes. She also contributed to preparing the EDPS opinion on the Commission’s White Paper on Artificial Intelligence.

  • Advising ALDI on all commercial issues, including general commercial TMT, and data protection matters.
  • An Irish-American financial services and software as a service (SaaS) company on reviewing B2B online-payment services user agreements.

  • Numerous TMT companies on various regulatory and commercial matters.
