Diána is an associate in the Tax team and a member of the Life Sciences & Healthcare team, the CMS Public Procurement Practice Group, and the Corporate/M&A Group at CMS Budapest.

Diána joined the firm in September 2019 after graduating summa cum laude from the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE).

Diána specialises in tax law and also assists clients in the field of life sciences & healthcare, public procurement, and general commercial matters. Diána is also interested in criminal law, especially in white-collar crimes.

Before joining CMS, she spent a semester at the National University of Ireland, Galway, and spent an internship with the Financial Arbitration Board in Budapest, Hungary, at one of the Big4 and at the Regional Court in Szolnok, Hungary.
