Gábor is an associate in the dispute resolution practice group at CMS Budapest, representing clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

He has extensive experience in construction arbitration, including cases administered by the ICC and the Permanent Court of Arbitration of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Gábor also acts for clients before Hungarian courts in a broad spectrum of local and cross-border commercial disputes, with a particular focus on damages claims.

In addition to litigation, he has gained substantial experience in enforcement matters and in facilitating out-of-court settlement of disputes.

  • 2019 - Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition (Jessup is the biggest moot court competition globally with more than 700 teams applying each year):
    • World Champion (member of the team representing Hungary, which won the World Championship round against Columbia Law School at the International Final Round held in Washington D.C)
    • Schwebel Award given to the best oralist at the Championship Round
    • 3rd best Applicant Memorial at the International Rounds 
    • European Friendly Champion 
  • 2018 - Runner-up best oralist - Telders International Law Moot Court Competition.

  • 2021 - Doctor of Law, Summa Cum Laude, Eötvös Loránd University.
  • 2021 - New National Excellence Scholarship , ÚNKP.
  • 2016 - National Excellence Scholarship of Hungary.
