József is an Associate at the Dispute Resolution Group of CMS Budapest.
József graduated summa cum laude from Eötvös Loránd University, Faculty of Law (Budapest) in 2013. Prior to joining the Budapest office, József had spent 5 years at the Department of Anti-Corruption and White Collar Crime Investigations of the Budapest City Police Headquarters as a detective, where he dealt with detecting and investigating serious high-profile crimes against property and the economy. In the course of his activities József gained comprehensive experience in respect of procedures under the competences of the police (particularly in border police, public administration and investigation), the customs office and the prosecutor’s office as well as in the efficient and cost-effective coordination of private detective works.
József also has broad experience in the field of litigation and cross-border arbitration, as well as in insolvency, enforcement and various other administrative proceedings.
