József Várady is a Partner in the Real Estate Team of CMS Budapest. He advises on property acquisitions, developments, constructions and leasing involving retail, office, warehouse and residential properties. He also represents clients in litigation matters related to the real estate sector. He also has experience in corporate deals, financing transactions and tax matters.

József is fluent in German and advises German speaking clients as a member of the “German desk” of CMS.

Bluehouse on the sale of the Infopark E office building and represented in an arbitration procedure regarding a dispute with an anchor tenant.

A multinational bank on the acquisition and sale of a portfolio of landmark real estate properties located in Hungary.
