Júlia Bokor joined the commercial practice group at CMS Budapest as an associate in 2025. She possesses a broad background in intellectual property, offering guidance on intricate copyright and trademark concerns as well as commercial regulatory matters. She is skilled in preparing, analysing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including those related to general commercial transactions.

Júlia previously gained valuable experience at another prestigious law firm, where she specialised in entertainment law. In this role, she advised a wide range of clients in the film industry, offering comprehensive legal support on both production and financing matters. Her responsibilities included drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and assisting clients with complex financing structures for film projects.

She has experience in public procurement, where she advised clients on regulatory requirements, tender procedures, and contract management.

  • Several international and domestic film production companies on film production agreements and licence, location and production contracts, and providing day-to-day IP consultancy.
