Laura is an associate in the commercial team of CMS Budapest. She has gained experience at several renowned practices over recent years, including international law firms such as Hogan Lovells International LLP in Berlin, Wuersch & Gering LLP in New York City, and the legal department of Siemens in Budapest. She has also worked as a postgraduate trainee lawyer in the legal department of the Federal Foreign Office (Ministry) of Germany in Berlin.

Her areas of expertise cover commercial law, including regulatory and supply chain matters and complex commercial contracts across the automotive, medtech, and other regulated industries, as well as software and SaaS agreements. She regularly advises on cross-border contracts of significant scale and supports DACH clients in multi-jurisdictional projects, including the commercial side of cross-border M&A transactions. Laura also has particular expertise in public procurement and in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector, regularly advising clients on commercial and transactional matters within this industry.
