Laura is an associate in the commercial team at CMS Budapest and a member of the CEE German practice.
Laura graduated from the Humboldt University of Berlin in Germany in 2018. She has gained experience in several renowned workplaces in recent years, including at the legal department of a German multinational technology company and international law firms in Berlin and New York City. Laura also worked at the department for private international law and commercial law of the Federal Foreign Office (Ministry) of Germany in Berlin during her postgraduate legal training.
She has significant expertise in commercial and corporate law, international commercial contracts, commercial litigation proceedings, and cross-border M&A projects, with a focus on providing comprehensive legal support to DACH clients on projects across multiple jurisdictions.
