Márk is an associate in the CMS Budapest Real Estate and Construction Team.
Márk obtained his degree from the University of Pécs in 2017. While at university, Márk spent a year studying at the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna. Before joining CMS, he gained experience as an intern at several international law firms in Budapest and in Vienna.
At CMS, Mark has taken part in several sale and purchase transactions involving office buildings, shopping malls, commercial parks and hotels, both concerning the property due diligence procedure and preparing the transaction documents. Mark has also taken part in the negotiations of major GC and lease and sale and purchase agreements. In addition, Mark has gained experience in several property related litigations as well as land registry, heritage protection, expropriation and building procedures. He has also been involved in numerous M&A transactions where he was responsible for property related issues.
