Máté is an associate in the commercial team at CMS Budapest, specialising in life sciences and healthcare.
Before joining CMS, Máté worked as a junior associate, and later as a legal and compliance manager at multiple globally recognised pharmaceutical companies.
He advises innovative and generic life sciences companies across the full product lifecycle and various product categories, including Rx and OTC medicinal products, medical devices, and food supplements. His experience covers pharmaceutical manufacturing, clinical trials, commercialisation and distribution, new product launches, compliance, global regulatory requirements, and risk management.
Máté especially advises on GxP/GMP matters in vaccine manufacturing; provides legal and compliance support for promotional and marketing activities; advises on price-volume agreements and product reimbursement procedures; and advises on product claims and pharmacovigilance.
In addition, he supports Life Sciences and Healthcare clients with compliance and internal investigations, the implementation of compliance and contract automation systems, and organisational restructuring projects. He also advises on broader commercial law matters, including data protection and competition law.
