Miklós is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution team at CMS, with over 15 years of legal experience.

He has in-depth experience in dispute prevention and resolution, including non-conventional legal remedies, such as requests for preliminary ruling of the CJEU, constitutional complaints, ECHR applications, etc., and ADR. 

Miklós has extensive expertise in liability matters, AI-related legal issues, M&A and corporate law.
In addition to his legal practice, Miklós is an active member of the legal community. Between 2017 and 2020, he was the Hungarian National Representative of AIJA, the International Association of Young Lawyers, and from 2019 to 2024, he served as President of the Youth Committee of the Hungarian Law Society.

Miklós is fluent in Hungarian, English, Serbian, and Croatian.

  • One of the biggest Romanian food wholesale companies in a dispute with the Hungarian tax authority, involving proceedings at the Court of Justice of the EU.
  • A Croatian client in a complex BEC fraud case in multiple jurisdictions.
  • An EU agency in its dispute with its largest service provider in a case involving an OLAF  (EU Anti-Fraud Office) inspection, successfully reaching a settlement between the parties.
  • A UK-based company group in a litigation initiated by the public prosecutor for the invalidation of a decision by the registry court.
  • A multinational company on claiming damages from its former managing director.
  • A company owned by a Spanish HNWI in a matter related to the improper fulfilment of a contract and a claim for damages.
  • One of the largest drug store chains in Europe in a matter involving a claim for damages related to a lease contract.
  • The Hungarian state in multiple cases against domestic and foreign-based banks regarding foreign currency-based loans.
  • A foreign-based bank in a matter related to the legal nature of a deposit.
  • A Hungarian IP company with an international background in a knowhow matter regarding which the Court of Justice of the European Union passed a preliminary ruling.
  • A freight forwarding business client in employment law related dispute resolution matters.
