Orsolya is an associate in the commercial and employment teams of CMS Budapest. Orsolya has graduated from the Pázmány Péter Catholic University and holds an LL.M. degree from the Friedrich Schiller University (Jena, Germany).

Prior to joining CMS, she worked for many years at the Budapest office of an international law firm. Prior to that, she worked as Registrar at the Gyula Andrássy German Language University in Budapest. 

Extensive experience in commercial law, employment, public procurement law, consumer protection, e-commerce, corporate law, claims management and compliance. 

Relevant experience

  • Commercial law: review of purchasing contracts, and day-to-day counselling in food and non-food retail matters.
  • Employment: dealing with a wide range of employment matters, including drafting and terminating employment-related contracts and advising on different employment and immigration matters.
  • Electricity and natural gas trade: advisory services, data provision to the Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Office.
