Zsófia is a senior associate in the real estate team at CMS Budapest.

She graduated from the University of Szeged in Hungary in 2011. She completed a five-month traineeship in Brussels at the Council of the European Union in 2012. 

In 2020 she spent eight months on secondment at Cordia replacing the Head of Legal.

Zsófia has in-depth experience in a wide range of real estate matters, including sale and purchase transactions, development and construction projects, commercial lease agreements, hotel lease agreements, logistics park developments and leases, and due diligence investigations.

  • A well-known food delivery service company on the negotiation and execution of its new lease agreement in Hungary. 
  • Israeli investors on the acquisition of an apartment hotel located in downtown Budapest, through a share deal and the acquisition of a guesthouse.
  • The world's leading industrial real estate company on the sale of a plot of land and construction as “development manager” of a new logistics centre for a major Western-European logistics company.
  • Tőzsdepalota Kft. on the sale of the historic Tőzsdepalota building (also known as “Exchange Palace”), a landmark property in the historical centre of Budapest, to a private equity fund managed by Gránit Asset Management.
  • Generali on the sale of the 10,200 sqm Váci Üzletközpont office building located at 81 Váci street Budapest. 
  • One of the largest German real estate funds on 
    • day-to-day general legal advice and property management services.
    • on the major lease with the European Parliament for the European Parliament’s Visitors Centre. 
  • One of the largest shopping malls in Hungary on the full restructuring of its operations.
  • NEPI Rockcastle Plc on the acquisition of Arena Plaza, the second largest retail centre in Budapest.
  • RTL on the lease and fit-out of new headquarters in Liget Center.
  • Phoenix Pharma on the development of a new warehouse building.
  • Groupama Gan REIM/SCPI Affinités Pierre on the EUR 77.1m acquisition of Green Court Office Building.
  • Union Investment on the acquisition of the Szervita Square Building.
  • Atenor on several lease agreements inlcuding the new headquarters of E.ON.
  • The sale of White House, a historic loft building offering 2,000 sq. ft. of modern, unique office space, while the new part of the building has 19,500 sq. ft. of office space.
