Zsófia is a senior associate in the real estate team at CMS Budapest.

She graduated from the University of Szeged in Hungary in 2011. She completed a five-month traineeship in Brussels at the Council of the European Union in 2012.

In 2020 she spent eight months on secondment at Cordia replacing the Head of Legal.

Zsófia has in-depth experience in a wide range of real estate matters, including sale and purchase transactions, development and construction projects, commercial lease agreements, hotel lease agreements, logistics park developments and leases, and due diligence investigations.

Tőzsdepalota Kft. on the sale of the historic Tőzsdepalota building (also known as “Exchange Palace”), a landmark property in the historical centre of Budapest, to a private equity fund managed by Gránit Asset Management.
Generali on the sale of the 10,200 sqm Váci Üzletközpont office building located at 81 Váci street Budapest.
