The Board of Appeal of the ESAs has announced that an appeal brought by “C” against EBA has been dismissed on the grounds that it was inadmissible in accordance with Article 60(2) of the EBA Regulation. The appellant had objected against EBA’s decision not to start an investigation into the alleged breach or non-application of EU law regarding payment services in the EU internal market and access to payment accounts with basic features.
