EBA has published this consultation intended to ensure appropriate levels of security and fair competition between all payment service providers and allowing for the development of user-friendly, accessible and innovative means of payment. Responses are required by 12 October 2016. A hearing on the consultation will take place at EBA’s London offices on 23 September 2016.
