ESMA has published a statement on the transition to the new regime for publication of OTC-transactions for post-trade transparency purposes as introduced by MiFIR II ((EU) 2024/791). The statement complements ESMA’s Public Statement of 27 March 2024 (second link) and aims to provide further practical guidance to market participants.
