Paolo Scarduelli is a lawyer and Partner of the Firm and is based in the Milan office.
His practice focuses primarily on corporate law and extraordinary transactions, with extensive experience in Corporate M&A, Private Equity, and competition law (Antitrust), including advisory on Foreign Direct Investments (FDI).
Paolo advises Italian and multinational companies, as well as investment funds and institutional investors, on complex transactions involving acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations, providing support throughout all stages of the process, from structuring and negotiation through to completion.
In the antitrust and FDI space, Paolo assists clients with authorization proceedings, filings with the competent authorities, and assessments related to transactions subject to foreign investment regulations, with a particular focus on regulated sectors.
Paolo has also developed significant experience advising clients across specific industry sectors, including Insurance, Media & Entertainment, Sport, and Automotive. Over the course of his career, he has built a strong cross-industry expertise through supporting numerous domestic and international clients, gaining in-depth knowledge of regulatory and market dynamics and operating in cross-border contexts.
