12:00 - 12:30 CET

During this short webinar we will explore the impact of the directive 2024/1619 of 31 May 2024 amending directive 2013/36/EU as regards supervisory powers, sanctions, third-country branches, and environmental, social and governance risks (“CRD VI”) on the relationship between Swiss and Luxembourg banks.

Indeed, CRD VI sets out new rules relating to the provision of certain banking services to clients established in the European Union. These rules will impact certain business models which rely on the close cooperation between Swiss and Luxembourg entities, often within the same group.
