CMS Luxembourg is pleased to announce the appointment of Alejandro Dominguez Becerra as a Partner in its Tax practice.
With this appointment, the law firm counts now 11 Partners in Luxembourg, bringing the total number of lawyers to over 65, including 2 Partners working alongside an experienced team of eight additional members specialising in Tax, VAT and transfer pricing.

Alejandro joined CMS Luxembourg in 2021 and brings more than 10 years of experience as both a lawyer and in-house counsel. He specialises in Luxembourg tax matters related to M&A transactions, investment funds structuring, securitisation, and project financing. Additionally, he assists financial institutions with exchange of information requirements. Notably, he recently advised Aviva Investors on tax aspects related to the set-up and launch of Aviva Investors Carbon Removal Fund, and Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund with respect to a USD 300 million financing commitment from the United States International Development Finance Corporation (“DFC”).
