Angélique joined CMS in 2019 and is a Senior Associate in CMS Luxembourg Corporate M&A and Commercial teams.

She intervenes on all types of corporate law operations such as the incorporation of Luxembourg companies of any legal form, the set up of companies structures, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings or cross-border migrations. 

Angélique has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2020.
