Mélanie is a Senior Associate in CMS Luxembourg Banking & Finance, Regulatory and Insurance practices.
She advises Luxembourg and international banks, financial services providers as well as insurance and reinsurance undertakings and intermediaries in Luxembourg and European regulatory matters.
Prior to joining CMS Luxembourg, she has worked for more than two years in the banking & finance/ insurance & reinsurance law department of a top-tier Luxembourg law firm. She provided legal advice to regulated entities (credit institutions, investment firms, insurance and reinsurance undertakings).
Mélanie has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2020.
