Sergiu is a Managing Associate in CMS Luxembourg Investment Funds practice.

He supports the Investment Funds team in their daily activities in particular through the corporates secretarial services that we offer to our clients. This notably includes providing assistance with the organisation of board/shareholder meetings, the drafting and updating legal or fund’s documentation and the incorporation of companies. 

Before relocating to Luxembourg in 2017, Sergiu worked in the legal sector for almost 20 years in Romania both as in-house counsel and as a lawyer, including 8 years at CMS Bucharest.

Sergiu has been admitted to the Bucharest Bar and the Luxembourg Bar.
