Zornitsa is an Of Counsel in our Banking & Finance team. She notably specialises in advising lenders and borrowers on secured and unsecured lending transactions (syndicated, leveraged, high yield), acquisition finance (company groups, real estate, assets), debt restructuring/refinancing, security and guarantee packages for Luxembourg.

Before joining CMS Luxembourg, Zornitsa gained a solid experience working more than eight years in the Banking & Finance team of a Luxembourg Tier 1 firm.
