This discussion provide an overview of the key changes and opportunities through the eyes of key financial actors, service providers and market exchange in Luxembourg.
In particular, the revised Securitisation Law will allow the (i) the financing through loans, (ii) an active management of debt portfolios under specific conditions as well as (iii) the structuration of securitisation vehicles under new legal forms.
