CMS has acted for Cott Corporation on the sale of its bottling activities for non-alcoholic beverages to Refresco Holding N.V. for a purchase price of USD 1.25 billion. The transaction is subject to approval by the purchaser's shareholders. The acquisition will make Refresco the world's largest independent bottler with leadership positions across Europe and North America.
