Dex Destombes is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam.
Dex advises on a broad range of domestic and cross‑border M&A transactions, acting for strategic buyers and sellers as well as financial sponsors. In addition to “traditional” M&A processes, Dex has a strong focus on private equity and venture capital transactions.
He regularly advises venture capital funds, founders and fast‑growing companies throughout the full investment lifecycle, from early‑stage and growth investments to exits, whether by way of a private share sale, IPO or otherwise.
Dex also has particular experience advising on M&A and investments in Life Sciences. He acts on transactions involving biotech, medtech and healthcare‑related businesses, often in complex and cross‑border settings.
Dex combines strong technical expertise with a pragmatic and commercial approach and works closely with CMS colleagues across jurisdictions on international mandates.
