CMS has advised ABB on its acquisition of all the shares in DTN Europe B.V. (DTN Europe) and on its acquisition of DTN’s Philippines shipping business.
On the basis of this acquisition, ABB is able to expand its offering to vessel weather routing, analytics, reporting and shore-based support. This will establish ABB as one of the market leaders in ship route optimisation.
