CMS has advised Garden Capital Group in respect of its investment in Q Hospitality Group. Q Hospitality Group has a portfolio of hotels across the Netherlands, consisting of Kasteel De Essenburgh (Hierden), Wellness Resort Thermae 2000 (Valkenburg), Hotel Haarhuis (Arnhem), the Koepelgevangenis (Arnhem), Veluwe Hotel De Beyaerd (Hulshorst) and Kasteel Engelenburg (Brummen). The joint venture with Garden Capital Group will allow Q Hospitality Group to further invest in and acquire distinctive hotels and develop and professionalise the exclusive hotel brand 'Quality Lodgings'.
