CMS has advised longstanding client Solar A/S on its acquisition of MAG45, an integrated supply company headquartered in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, from Varova Investments.
MAG45 is a well known European integrated supply company present in 9 countries with a staff of approximately 160.
Solar, headquartered in Kolding, Denmark, is one of Northern Europe's leading technical wholesalers of electrical, heating, plumbing and ventilation products with revenues equaling € 1.4 billion in 2015. Solar has approximately 3,000 employees with subsidiaries in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Faroe Islands, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland and Sweden.
The CMS team comprised Roman Tarlavski, Abbas Ali Hyder, Herman van Aerts, Dena Mokhberolsafa, Paulus van den Bos, Elvira Baars, Hilde Haentjens, Niels Koene, Jurre Reus and Sanne Machiels.
