CMS has advised TP Group on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Sapienza Consulting for a purchase price that can amount to a total of 13,5 million euro.
Sapienza Consulting delivers solutions and skillset to space and defence markets. TP Group works globally on highly-regulated programmes across defence, energy, space, and intelligence & systems. TP Group intends to expand its space and defence business with the acquisition.
