CMS assisted South Korean investor Kiwoom Asset Management on the € 130 million acquisition of the landmark Queens Towers in Amsterdam from a fund managed by Blackstone. The Queens Towers is a fully-let 28,000sqm office building on Amsterdam’s West Axis. The largest tenant is UWV.
CMS advised Kiwoom on the legal aspects regarding the acquisition of this building: property law, lease law, planning and zoning. CMS also acted as the notary for completion of the transaction.
