CMS DSB advises Dutchlease on the takeover of Leasedeal

CMS Derks Star Busmann has assisted Dutchlease in the acquisition, by means of a transfer of assets and liabilities, of the entire Leasedeal lease portfolio, consisting of a vehicle fleet of approx. 1,400 cars.
This acquisition has increased the total lease fleet of Dutchlease to approx. 11,000 cars, making it one of the larger universal leasing companies in the Dutch market. The transaction was finalized on 1 June 2010.
The CMS Derks Star Busmann team was headed by Reinoud Imhof and included Erik Vorst, Bob van Zijl, David Bos, Pieter van Duijvenvoorde, Herman van Aerts and Tessa Penninks.
