CMS has advised Groupe BBL on its acquisition of the Share Logistics group, an international freight forwarding services provider, predominantly active in the field of air and ocean freight, with offices in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, the United States of America, Panama and Brazil. Groupe BBL is an internationally recognized transport and logistics services provider. 

The transaction exemplifies the strong international presence of CMS, as CMS offices in the Netherlands, Germany, France and Spain worked together with World Law Group firms on this deal.

The transaction was led by Roman Tarlavski at CMS Amsterdam and the Dutch team further consisted of Dena Mokhberolsafa, Marcellina Rietvelt, Bob Barnhoorn, Maarten Feenstra, Martijn van der Bie and Ymke van Loon (Corporate), Jarrik Haust, Puck Wilmink (Tax), Edmon Oude Elferink (Competition), Jenny Noordermeer, Mathijs van der Veen (Banking & Finance), Fleur van Assendelft de Coningh, Nigel Henssen (Employment) Fietje van den Berg and Yasar Celebi (IP/IT/Privacy), Jan Joris van Kampen, Mona von Zweigbergk, Emma Schouten (Real Estate).
