Akin Aslan is a member of the Commercial practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam. 

He advises and litigates in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, commercial contracts, transport law and in matters of liability. Akin advises, inter alia, on distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, agency agreements, general conditions and liability proceedings. He also focuses on the Food & Retail industry.

Akin focuses on assisting (international) companies in a wide-ranging field and is also a member of the CMS Turkish Business Desk.
