Ramesh Kaushik is a member of the Antitrust, Competition & Trade (ACT) group of our firm in Amsterdam.
He specialises in competition law issues such as cartel agreements, abuse of dominant position and merger control. In particular, Ramesh advises on matters concerning the Authority Consumer & Market, the Dutch Healthcare Authority and the European Commission.
Ramesh has been with CMS since February 2023 and previously worked at a boutique law firm specialised in competition law, economic regulation, and consumer law.
