CMS Grau advised Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP) as lender in the structuring, negotiation and disbursement of a medium-term loan up to the sum of USD 22.5 million in favor of Megacentro Industriales Sur S.A.C. (Megacentro), which will be used to finance the construction and implementation of the fifth stage of the Megacentro III warehouse condominium, as well as to other corporate uses.
The loan is backed by a package of guarantees, including a mortgage granted by Megacentro on a property of its own, as well as a trust. The closing of the transaction occurred on April 25, 2025, while the first disbursement of resources occurred on April 30, 2025.
