CMS Grau advises Scotiabank Perú on financing for San Efisio

The financing proceeds will be used primarily for capital expenditure on the acquisition of machinery and equipment and the development of blueberry cultivation areas, as well as for the purchase of existing debt.
The transaction will enable San Efisio to continue strengthening its production capacity and support its growth plans in Peru’s agricultural export sector.
