Miguel Grau M. is permanently recommended by international publications as a Peruvian Mining and Oil and Gas expert. He participated in important mining and hydrocarbons projects since the 80's (1980), as well as in the most relevant privatization processes carried out in the country throughout the 90's. Miguel was actively involved in the preparation, signing and execution of the Camisea exploration contract that led to the discovery of the huge Camisea natural gas deposit, representing Shell in Peru for decades. He also advised a number of foreign companies in the conclusion of legal stability and investment contracts of major mining investment projects, such as Antamina, La Granja, Toromocho, Michiquillay, Tintaya amongst others. He was involved and served on the board of several Canadian mining companies listed in the Toronto Stock Exchange exploring in Peru and Chile.
With more than 40 years of experience, Miguel Grau M. is partner of CMS Grau, formerly Estudio Grau since 1978 and was responsible of the growth and development of the Mining and Oil and Gas areas of the firm.
