CMS Grau advised Danper Trujillo S.A.C. (“Danper”) as borrower in the negotiation, closing, and disbursement of a New York law governed medium term syndicated loan for up to the sum of USD 65 million. This will be allocated for various corporate uses by Danper.
The syndicated financing was granted by a group of local and foreign banks. It involved the participation of Banco Itaú Chile as Lead Arranger and Bookrunner, Itaú Chile New York Branch as Administrative Agent, and La Fiduciaria S.A. as Collateral Agent.
The closing of the transaction took place on 28 October 2025. The first disbursement of funds occurred on 30 October 2025.
