Our experience in this field covers, among others: complex advice on international data transfer processes, including BCRs issues;assistance with the process of seeking a DPA data transfer;approval and strategic advice on sharing personal data within international capital groups We help clients stay compliant with Polish and European privacy regulations, assisting them with internal data protection compliance projects, official DPA audits and related administrative proceedings.
