International law firm CMS has advised Abris Capital Partners (Abris Capital) on the acquisition of a majority stake in Orbitvu. As a result of the transaction, Abris Capital, one of the largest private equity funds in Central Europe, has acquired a 60% stake in the company from Orbitvu’s founders (Grażyna and Tomasz Bochenek) and funds managed by Capital Partners.
Orbitvu creates innovative photographic solutions for the e-commerce industry, including photos, 360° presentations and product videos. Thanks to the transaction, the company has gained a strong investor with whom it will be able to further develop in domestic and foreign markets.
Abris Capital was advised by the CMS Transaction team led by Mateusz Stępień. The team included Antoni Wandzilak and Marta Osowska-Buba.
